Guardian Information

When you add Guardians to your network, you provide us with their contact information (name, phone number, and/or email address). You represent that you have obtained consent from any Guardian you add.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our safety monitoring services
  • To send check-in reminders, notifications, and emergency alerts to you and your designated Guardians
  • To process and manage your waitlist registration and account
  • To communicate with you about updates, new features, and promotional offers (with your consent where required)

  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security concerns
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

With Your Guardians

Your designated Guardians will receive alerts, check-in confirmations, and emergency notifications as configured by you through our Services.

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors, service providers, and contractors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it.
